Resilience and Asset Management Stability
Concepts that Support Environmental Performance
Environmental performance is reflected in the outcomes of these efforts.
We emphasize “resilience” and “asset management stability” as the foundation to support this sustained improvement.
Resilience in the context of HRR refers to the structure and ability to respond to ensure the continuity of buildings and operations under the assumption of uncertainties, such as climate change, changes in the natural environment, earthquakes, and other disaster risks.
Specifically, we incorporate climate risk resilience into our building design, exterior planning, and energy mix, and we have also developed a system capable of responding to disasters and fluctuations in supply and demand.
Through these efforts, we aim to minimize operational disruptions and impacts, and support stable operations over the medium to long term.
