Promotion Structure

At Hoshino Resorts REIT, Inc. (“HRR”), in order to promote efforts aimed at resolving various sustainability-related issues, the Sustainability Promotion Office plays a central role in the consideration and promotion of measures to address specific issues in each field. We also share information with tenant representatives as much as possible, and promote joint efforts when necessary.

An executive structure has been created for these efforts in which the ESG Committee plays a central role, under the supervision of Hoshino Resort Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“HRAM”)’s Board of Directors, as follows.
